There's IBAccess ( www.ibaccess.org ), but you can also use
any other Windows application and connect to you Linux box.
Alternatively, many people use tools like Win4Lin to run their
Windows tools on a Linux box. From what I've heard, our tool,
Database Workbench, runs fine on Win4Lin and Wine.

Not that I know of, but you can try the Borland "dbexpress" newsgroup.
