This parameter doesn't work. I get "SPB Constant not supported." I asked
in Borland Interbase newsgroups and Bill Todd said there wasn't a parameter
to do this from IBAdmin components. I'm assuming that is true of IBOAdmin,
too, since they were based off of IBAdmin.
