Hi
I have suddenly started having problems calling gbak and I am not sure why.
Running on windows I call
gbak -B -user SYSDBA -password masterkey sourcedb c:\backup.fdb
sourcedb is an alias, however I have also tried an absolute path and filename
to the db. backups are running on the same machine as the server.
gbak does not report any errors.
The problem seems to be that the backup database is created but that it is too
small and not a valid db when viewed in something like database workbench.
In a hex editor it is clear it is at least derived from my source db as i can see
my stored procedures etc in there.
Any help / suggestions would be appreciated.
