I am getting a different twist on the problem Shaq has - Re: UDF Problems

I have a UDF library written in Delphi 7 which works perfectly with FB1.5
running under XP but none of the functions seem to load under Windows 2000
SP3.
The library also ran perfectly under Window 2000 SP2 and FB 1.03.

Any ideas?

Subject: [firebird-support] invalid request BLR

All

I have a small but important DB running under FB1.5 which has started giving
the following error
invalid request BLR at offset 30 function F_YEAR is not defined module name
or entrypoint could not be found

The App was and is running fine on my test server with FB1.5.0.4290.

I moved the App to the production server which meant an upgrade from FB.1.03
to 1.5 and I used the .4306 release and everything was fine for about a week
then I got the above error message.
Since then I have
1. reinstalled FB - twice
2. used fresh copies of FreeUDFLib.dll which contains F_YEAR,
3. removed and replace the function declaration in the DB.
4. Copied the working setup over the top of the existing install.

What else can I try short of a reinstall of the machine?

TIA
