My previous post had only a single reply. I guess the post was done
at the wrong time of day. So I will ask my questions again and hope
for more luck this time.

We are considering using Delphi 7 with Firebird 1.5. We can connect
to Firebird 1.5 via dbExpress driver for InterBase supplied with
Delphi 7. I would like to know if anybody else is using InterBase
driver supplied with Delphi 7 to connect to Firebird 1.5? Does it
work beyond connecting and simplest statements? Are there any
problems with it at all?

I know about the driver from upscene.com. However, why
use it if InerBase driver works?
