Actually we don't have case insensitive collations in FB1.5, as there
was a problem with the binary compatibility of Dave's collations.

Of course it is relatively easy to make a no-case collation, but it's
neither included nor (for FB1.5) readily available.

If I'm missing something here and it is possible to use Dave's
collations with FB1.5, please correct me.
