It seems from our installation testing of Firebird 1.51
That Firebird requires msvcp60.dll to run.

However it also seems that there is a version of msvcp60.dll
that is minimum requirements to Firebird.

Does anyone have a list of the msvc*.dll's required by
Firebird and what is the earliest version of these files
required.
