Is there a guide or how-to on upgrading an existing Firebird
installation from 1.0x to 1.5x or 1.5x to 1.5y ? I have only ever
setup new linux servers with FB and now need to upgrade a 1.0x to
1.51 and a 1.50 to 1.51.
