There are one error in my systems tables...

This error in table RDB$RELATION_FIELDS:

RDB$INDEX_15 (RDB$FIELD_NAME, RDB$RELATION_NAME) -> Record
duplicated

What I need to do ?

There are one command to review all index, all table; one check all ?
