For some reason, the script references the file fbmgr. In the
distribution, it is actually fbmgr.bin.
It took some effort to track down why my upgrade to 1.5.1 from 1.5.0
resulted in no DBMS running at all. I presume that this will be fixed
for 1.5.2?
