I have tried command line tools from www.sqlly.com but they had limitations
and the script extract tool generated script when fed to DBComparer (not
from sqlly) tool was not able to sync the target database but the script
generated by Marathon was able to successfully sync the target database.

Thanks for your response. Let me know if you get newer links/ideas.
