Hi Luciano,

I'm using Firebird 1.0x with Dialect 1. Just make use of
VARCHAR(xxx) to store the Chinese characters and they will be fine.

Please pay attention that one Chinese character occupies 2 char, so if
your field is going to store 50 chinese characters max, make it
varchar(100) or more.

Somebody knows how to setup a database to work with chinese
language?

I'm building a program that will use chinese language and english
language, and i don't know what character set i use to work with both
language or if have to setup another thing to be right.
