Hi all,
I have just successfully restored (according to the gbak output
anyway) a large fb database. The problem is that I can connect only
as sysdba. When I try to connect as another user (using isql) I get:
Statement failed, SQLCODE = -901
Lock conflict on no wait transaction
-database mbtdw.gdb shutdown
When I do connect as sysdba, I am able to access the data, create
new tables, etc. The database refuses to work for anyone other than
sysdba. Any help is much appreciated as I have people literally
standing around waiting on this. :-(

Thanks much,
