Person 2: Would you use a Daewoo Nubira to pull a six-berth caravan? No.
You'd use the F100 truck.

He went on to enlighten person 1 about stored procedures...

Person 1: MySQL's getting those! Perhaps I'll wait until that happens!
Person 2: Yeah. Or, you could use a DB that's had them for years, and didn't
have them tacked on the side of it's engine.
