A customer of mine is getting the following error message at certain places
in my app:

Event Source: Firebird Server
Event Category: None
Event ID: 0
Date: 8/14/2003

Computer: 3C2MV01
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( Firebird Server ) cannot be
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information
or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be
able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and
Support for details. The following information is part of the event:
Firebird Server error: 1063, StartServiceCtrlDispatcher failed.

Does anyone know what it means, or the cause?
