hi there!

i'm looking every where for some information
about iso8859_2 charset in firebird.
as i can see, there is no _NO_CASE collation,
which is quite often needed.

how can i help to create one?
i saw in source code
"Generated by cvt.c from anpolish" from input file 'cfg/anpolish.cfg'"
so i suppose that there are some tools to create charset/collations
- where i can find them?
