The RC 5 Win32 superserver kit should be withdrawn or, at least, clearly
described as only useful for unzipping over the top of an existing RC 4
installation. Unfortunately, most of our kit-builders built the RC 5 kits
in a rush and then went off on their summer hols...when they all come back,
there will be a RC 6. :-))
