Hi !

If I want to change from IB6.0 to FB:

1./
Is FB enough stable ?
I not use stored proc/trigger in database, only query-s needed, etc.
Anybody have experience about this theme ?

2./
I know the FB use the old ODSs, but it is don't change this old format
?
So if I want to use IB6.0 again, the IB recognize this database ?
(I not use backup - only transportable format).
(I want to re-switch to IB, when the FB crashed, or I found a big bug.
)


3./
Is FB "sensitive" to to many prepares ?
(In the IB6.0 I heard about the to many prepares crashed the server.
Or it is a legend only ?)

4./
If I switch to FB, I must change the client's gds32.dll to FB gds32.
dll ?
Or is FB gds32 compatible IB gds32 ?
