Hi

As Firebird 1.5 now supports aliases , does this mean that the client
no longer has to specify the path to the db file as in previous
versions.

I have set up an alias in the aliases.conf file and trying to get it
to work in that manner ?


Also re installation, I tried the 1.5.exe installation program today
and it works a treat, very easy to use and professional.
