I've recently moved a firebird database from a Windows NT4 server
to a Linux server. The same client applications.
Randomly firebird server dies, with a log like this:
lx (CLIENT) <the date>
/opt/interbase/bin/ibserver:terminated abnormally (-1)
The client applications are using BDE (BCB5) and database dialect is 1
All was runing well (very well indeed) before the server change.
