I finally got it to run by renaming the existing Firebird 1.0 service name
to something else....

Two questions:
1) How can I rename the FB 1.5 service name to something else before I
install the service?
2) Where can I get a list of command line parameters for the "instreg"
and "instsvc" executables, or are the only parameters available the ones
that it gives you when you don't provide any?

I didn't change the service name....lemme give that a bash....

I changed the port number and service name, then I added a new entry
in the Services file found in the same directory as the Windows Hosts
file. Don't forget to remove the "#" that is at the beginning of the
line, since that represents a comment. Then, install the service.
