Hi to all,
Please excuse this question as this is my first time at using Firebird, but how does one create a firebird database.
I have tried both the EMS Interbase/Firebird manager and IBExpert but each time I try to create a new database I keep getting the error message that fmCreateDB.Create unavailable resource.
What am I doing wrong ?
