W2K server and cliens.

Comand line, from a cmd window, on the server box (user logged in as admin.,
database file and path is correct):

D:\Firebird\bin>gbak -B -USER "JOE" -PASSWORD "xxxx" d:\intrbase\bin\ga d:

\intrbase\backup\ga.bak

gbak: ERROR: unavailable database

gbak: Exiting before completion due to errors



I've never seen this before, anywhere, at any of our sites, nor can we
reproduce it in house.
Any ideas what the Error message means.
