Hello people,

We recently installed on a Windows 2003 Server machine (firebird
1.0.0.796).

We have found the following to be slow:

1) Adding Users
2) Restoring Database
3) Connecting to Database

Once connect though everything seems to work fine.

We have had problems with slow connection but we have gone with naming
the database with .FDB rather than .GDB to avoid the Windows System
Restore.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
