Hi Todd,
I've never got Firebird 1.0 running well on Windows 2003 Server,
and it's not related to System Restore Feature, because Windows
2003 Server doesn't have it or at least I haven't found it.
Connect time with Firebird 1.5 on Windows 2003 Server is excellent.
