I had an INTERBASE 6.01 server running on my W2K machine. Suddenly,
one fine day, when I turned my machine on, W2K refused to run my
server. I got the message "Error 193: %1 is not a valid Win32
application". That happened also when I tried to run IBGuard. Well,
after that I uninstalled and reinstalled INTERBASE 6.01, INTERBASE
7.0 (Trial), FIREBIRD 1.02, FIREBIRD 1.5 (Alpha) several times to no
avail.
Needless to say I´m frustrated. Has anyone seen this happen? How did
you fix it?
