I would bet that you have a bunged up registry entry, so it's not recognizing
the FB server, problem is that it could be a completely unrelated entry, and
when W2K starts up, the registry parser gets confused, and can't find the
service. If you have a backup of the registry from before you started
having trouble, you could try restoring that, otherwise you can always
uninstall Win2K and install a real operating system :-)
