Hi All.

I am new to Firebird and I just wanted to know, what do I have to do to keep
my database running fast and smoothly.

I know ho to do a backup, but that is it.

I have seen posts with gfix and other such apps being mentioned. What are
all the programs that I will need to run to keep my database running.

Do I have to re-index or anything like that.
Please everyone. Hit me with answers and suggestions
