IB5.6, BT4.0SP5

SYMPTOMS:
clients running.
clients have errors with no connections.


on the server...


IBserver.exe was not running in task manager.
IBserver.exe was not running in services.
IB guardian was not running in services.

interbase.log does not show stoppage.
dr watson shows no errors.
system.log has no error or stoppages.

CAUSE:

???


I think that someone went into the server box and simply stopped both
services.
