10061 is that the server refuses connection. So if I read this right, you
get connection then after a while the server just refuses new connections,
is this correct?

The problem arises almost just immediately after the connection. the only
line written
in the log file is this reporting the problem. after this the ...chaos:
The FB service doesn't respond any more nor can be restarted. the only way
is to
restart the computer.!

I believe it must be a way to prevent at least the halt of FB Server (i
tried IB 6.0.1 and happened the same).
