wanted to say that I use it with OS IB 6 and have absolutely no problems.
That's not to say there aren't any, but do you know any software that
doesn't, including FB 1.0? I remember the discussion about whether or not to
make FB enforce the ambiguous field reference and since you did do that, it
isn't IBConsole at fault for this *problem*. If Borland changes IB to also
enforce this rule, you can bet that IBConsole will too. It is an
incompatibility (one of many that will be arising as time goes by) between
FB and IB and IBConsole is not going to support FB at all. Anyone using it
to work with FB is asking for trouble but that isn't IBConsole, nor Jeff's,
fault.
Sorry, just had to get that out. Other than that, most people are very
respectful of the differences and needs of IB vs FB users on this group and
others.
