An associate of mine has reported problems with the IBX Components and
Delphi 6 Service Pack 2. Specifically, he has ibxpress60.bpl version
6.0.6.240, and is getting the following error when loading Delphi:

Database Engine Error: delphi32.exe - Entry POint Not Found The procedure
entry point
@ibxmlheader@initialization$qqrv could not be located in the dynamic link
library ibxpress60.bpl

Thoughts?
