There is! Unfortunately for Craig, the difference favours Firebird!

I don't think Paul was trying to say that a test case couldn't be
created, just that the testing suite requires that a test be created, in
advance, to test for a condition, in order for the test suite to detect
the condition (a chicken and egg problem).
