InterBase/Borland to go down the IBX route rather than any other....
There is nothing special about IBX - it comes from the same roots as FIBPlus
(i.e. Greg Deatz's FreeIBComponents), whilst IBO initially came from a
different background. Both FibPlus and IBO are great products. IBX makes the
grade currently simply because of Jeff Overcash's expertise.... without
Jeff's work on it over the last 18 months or so (and the fact that Borland
(via Jeff) supply and support it) it wouldn't be as capable as it is now.
