wow - what a loaded question...
can't help but make light of it - Oh yeh! we all seem to loose data
occasionally - noone has ever worked out where it goes...
no seriously....
do you mean lost forever? do you mean you find it again later (perjhaps when
the abc user commits his transaction?)
Do you mean lost or can't see for a while?
You'll find it very hard to convince anyone here that data gets lost in the
ether somewhere...
