Is there any way round requiring the clients to know the path of the
database on the server?

At the moment, all my clients have to specify the server name and
also f:\databases\mydb.gdb.

Is it possible just to give the database name without knowing the
path information? If so, is the answer to just put the database in
the bin dir?
