using Marathon, today I began inserting a few data in my brand new database.

I cannot understand what I have to write in the Marathon grid for it to be
accepted as a valid value for a date field.

I have exausted all the formats I know, but still am haunted by an error
message saying "bla bla is not a valid date and time".
