We are an international community and there is no rule that forbids us providing doc in a variety of languages...I'd hate to think anyone would refrain from writing doc because s/he thought it must be written in English. Better that Turkish users get the benefit of Arda's experience than that NO users would. We will always find translators, sooner or later.
