Of course, but there sould be some "newcomers" section that we could point
them to..
There's already a "novice's guide", but in my opinion, it needs to be
re-organized.
And the FAQ section in www.firebirdsql.org may not be satisfying them..
It describes what firebird is, what's the technology behind it and some
stuff like that, not so practical.. There should be some docs just to make
them kick-start using the database

I think there should be some trivial sections like "Getting Started" , and
it should cover some *practical* topics like "Create your first database",
"Create your first table and index it", "How to connect"..

And I think, the official web site of Firebird (is it www.firebirdsql.org )
, should be the footer for every support e-mail.
