I've seen some of those types of CDs they have no documentation
except what is on the CD, and some of the CD's cost a lot more
then the online price, especially US ones, I once ordered a USD10
deal from Caldera, once it was done my Visa card was down CAD
65, USD29 for "customs clearance". In fact these days if I have to
order something from the US I request snail mail (because Canada
Post does the customs clearance for free).

I live in Canada's biggest city Toronto (although quite often city
council acts as if they define the term "village idiot"). So in may
ways it's easier to pop over to the mall and use my debit card, then
it is to surf over to a site and hope it arrives.....
