Dear all,

I'm trying to determine Service Manager version using
isc_service_query (don't ask me why, please) and I
wonder what should I expect as the result (0, 1, 3.14159.... ).

What I get is 104398848, which looks suspicious.

So far I get pretty good results with isc_service_query,
but this one looks ugly...
