After this modifications in the cvs build 260, I was able to make a
sucessfull build. But, if I set this new build as the server, a clean
rebuild fail.

When trying to create metadata.gdb from setup_dirs.ksh

unsuccessful metadata update
-STORE RDB$CHECK_CONSTRAINTS failed
-attempt to store duplicate value (visible to active transactions) in
unique index "RDB$INDEX_1"
Statement failed, SQLCODE = -607

When executing: isql.exe -sql_dialect 1 -i empbld.sql

unsuccessful metadata update
-STORE RDB$CHECK_CONSTRAINTS failed
-attempt to store duplicate value (visible to active transactions) in
unique index "RDB$INDEX_14"
Statement failed, SQLCODE = -607
