Hi once more, Paul. Sorry for inaccurate sentence. I mean "mode
when the only one user name can access database". You are right, it
user name can make many connections. I don't use sysdba access and
shutdown database as it's creator, I meant this when wrote "user name
as shutdowned database" (the same name as those who performed
shutdown, of course).
