I don't let Win do auto dial-up conn for me. I configured it to log-on
via network (there is no network here, but Win don't bother) and
only use GetRight to redial for me. Pretty easy to configure and MUCH
more reliable than Windows native dialer.
Since then, I receive HTML with no such problems here (and is much easier
develop anything for web in home without to get that annoying dialer box
of dial-up network).
