What seems likely is that a TIP (transaction information page)
has not been written. It may be possible to set the database
to read only - I'd use the command line gfix to avoid anything
that IBConsole might decided to do to help me. That should
let you backup the database. If you can't set the database to
read only, there are other things that I might be able to help
with.
