Didier, it seems as I'm person whose report about another bug
initiated appearance of this one, I should explain what to do until
RC2 will be announced :) Perform

Delete From RDB$GENERATORS Where RDB$GENERATOR_NAME='RDB$SECURITY'

before making backup and all should be fine with new gbak. Your
database instance is created from .gbk made with old gbak, and have
wrong and unneeded generator name in this table.
