yes I know, IB4 is so old it's becoming ancient, but it's all I have
for this project at the moment.

I need to get better performance out of it, the metadata seems ok
with keys, etc so I'm looking at system level, here is my isc_config
file, this is running on a SGI Indy machine, with 96Mb RAM and the
database is only circa 20Mb
