The articles mention different logic for the allocation of non-paged and
paged memory spaces, for Windows 2000. Have you tested your database on
this platform?

Also, what is the your db cache setting for the database? Have you
tried reducing it (as one of the variables)?

Finally, have you tried using 16Kb page size?
