have several 'paths' to the same file. On earlier issues of
Interbase there was a major problem if, on a windows server,
two different paths were used at the same time, as Interbase
'in effect' treated them as different databases but accessed
the one file at the same time. Using SERVER:c:\path\data.gdb
for ALL accesses just ensured that this never happened.
