Hi,
Recently our server is giving us an error message occaisionally "Maximum
User Count Exceeded" (which shouldn't be happening). I went to use the
license manager to check on the problem, and I receive the error message
"License file is corrupted or missing".
The file is there: "iblicen.dat". It is readable in notepad, and *seems* to
have correct information in the file.
I have replaced the file with a really old backup copy, with no success.
I found an article from a user stating reinstalling didn't solve the
problem, but I couldn't find whether or not he had ever solved the problem
otherwise.
Is there an environment variable that needs to be set for the license
manager to find this file?
Help!
Best Regards,
David Montgomery
